The Home Stretch

Your funnel is half built. Let's get it across the finish line.

Ninety days to build the whole path behind your offer, then three months of support while it runs for real.

The Home Stretch: funnel pages, a course sales page and an opt-in on laptop, tablet and phone, with a playbook and an automatic welcome email

Maybe you're in one of these moments right now.

You moved to FG Funnels, and it's still half set up. The booking calendar, the emails, the forms and the checkout were never really connected. It's all duct-taped together.

You're launching something, a course, a group program, a challenge or a new offer, and it has to be ready by a date. But you're busy with clients, so it keeps sliding.

The pages are up, and nothing happens next. Someone opts in or buys, and there's no welcome, no reminder, no follow-up. You do it by hand when you remember.

Leads are finally coming in, and there's no system behind them. The messages pile up.

The person who was supposed to handle the tech isn't around when you need them.

Landing pages, automations, email sequences, the CRM. It's a lot to hold while you're also holding your clients.

Your clients get your full attention. The business behind them gets what's left.

If you're a coach...

Discovery calls, proposals, onboarding and check-ins all run through you. Your calendar is full, and the follow-up that would fill next month keeps slipping.

If you're a course creator...

The course is recorded. The sales page, the launch emails, the checkout and the student welcome are still on your list, and every launch means rebuilding them from scratch.

If you're a service provider...

You have a done-for-you offer people love. Inquiries, quotes, contracts and delivery each happen a little differently every time, and things fall through the gaps.

You're not wrong for trying. It just didn't stick.

Maybe you've already asked for help once or twice.

A template.

It looked great in the demo. Making it fit your offer, and connecting everything behind it, was still on you.

A one-off build.

You got the page. The emails, the booking and the follow-up weren't part of the job, so they became yours.

A virtual assistant.

You got an extra pair of hands. They could follow steps, but nobody had written the steps down, so everything still ran through you.

Here's the difference: most help ends at handoff. Mine doesn't. I stay for three months while it runs for real.

It's not a discipline problem. It's a time problem.

1

Clients always come first.

When a client needs you, the funnel waits. That's the right call, and it's why the build never gets finished.

2

Every piece depends on another.

The page needs the emails, the emails need the form, the form needs the calendar. Connecting them is a project in itself, and it's never the most urgent thing on the list.

3

It all lives in your head.

Your team, if you have one, works around you, not inside a system, so every new piece means more for you to remember.

You could build it yourself. The real question is when.

You don't need another tutorial. You need it built, and built right the first time.

I've seen this pattern before.

The first business owner I worked with had a full client load and daily inquiries coming in. It looked like success. But behind the scenes, she was the sales team, the follow-up system, the bookkeeper and the coach.

I started The Systems Doula because I kept seeing the same pattern: great work held together by personal effort instead of real structure. The offer was strong. The business behind it wasn't built to sustain it.

That's why I build differently. Marketing and operations as one connected system, inside the account you already have. Not a stack of separate tools that don't talk to each other, and not a funnel that looks nice but doesn't do anything.

The Home Stretch

The Home Stretch: everything it builds, on laptop, tablet and phone

I build it. You learn to run it.

Six months together. For the first ninety days, I build the whole path your clients take, from the moment someone finds you to the day they buy again or send a friend. Marketing and operations, built as one system inside your FG Funnels account, so nothing falls in the gap between them.

Then I stay with you for three more months while it runs for real, so you can run it with confidence.

Your launch pieces come first, so they can go live early. The rest of the six months makes sure it keeps working after launch day.

Account not set up yet? Apply anyway and say so. I set it up first (that's The Starting Line, my setup service), then the build begins.

Six months, four stretches.

1

Weeks 1 to 2

We find the gaps.

You walk me through how your business runs, on your own time, with voice notes and quick screen recordings. I find where things are slipping and why. Then we meet once to agree on what gets built first.

2

Weeks 3 to 10

I build the whole path.

Inside your FG Funnels account. If other apps are doing jobs your account can handle, like email or scheduling, I move them in so everything lives in one place. You review and approve as we go.

3

Weeks 11 to 13

You take the keys.

I record a walkthrough of everything, write the step-by-step procedures you or your team will use, and set up simple weekly and monthly routines. Then we make sure it runs without me.

4

Months 4 to 6

We settle in.

Now real clients move through it. As gaps show up, I fix them. As your ideas come up, I make the updates. At the end, we do a check-up together so you know what's working and what's next.

Need it live fast? Tell me your date. Each week we choose what gets built next, so the pieces your launch needs come first. Six months isn't how long you wait. It's how long I stay.

The build is the beginning, not the finish line.

Getting it live and getting it right are two different jobs. Launch day is the first one. The next few months are the second. A funnel shows its gaps once real people use it. You won't be left on your own the day after it goes live. A launch doesn't end on launch day. Follow-ups, the next round and the people who almost bought need support too. New habits take a few months to stick. Months four to six are when "the new way" becomes the way your business runs.

Everything between "I found you" and "I'm coming back."

  1. They find you and get curious: opt-in or quiz, landing or sales page, warm-up emails.

  2. They say yes: booking or checkout, reminders, payment.

  3. They get started: welcome, intake, onboarding.

  4. They're cared for: follow-ups and check-ins.

  5. They come back and refer: review requests, the next offer, rebooking.

Plus a dashboard that shows it all working.

Whatever you're launching, there's a funnel built for it.

  • A free guide or quiz to grow your list
  • A class, workshop series or challenge to fill a program
  • A sale weekend or launch week for a new offer
  • A webinar that sells while you're with clients
  • An application for your premium work

We choose the right one for your moment in the first two weeks.

No standing meetings to squeeze between clients.

Short on time? Good. Most of this happens without you.

Send me a voice message any time. Ideas, questions, "what do you think about this?" I'm your sounding board while I build. I reply Monday through Thursday, within one working day.

One running "next up" list. New ideas never get lost. Each week we choose what gets built next, so the 90 days stay on track.

See progress every week. A short recorded update shows what's built, what's next, and anything I need from you. Approvals happen right in our messages, with no new tools to learn.

One live call. We meet once, early, to agree on what gets built first. Everything else fits around your schedule.

A few extras, on the house.

A quick win in week one.

Before the big build starts, I fix one thing that's leaking right now, like a form that goes nowhere or a lead who never gets a reply.

Launch-day watch.

On the day you launch, I'm on call. If anything breaks, I fix it while it's happening, so you can focus on the people showing up.

Your Starting Line credit.

Already did The Starting Line, my FG Funnels setup service? $500 of that fee is credited toward The Home Stretch if you start within 30 days of delivery.

What it looks like on the other side.

Where you might be now

“I know what I want to launch. I just can't find the hours to build everything behind it.”

Where you could be in 90 days

“The page, the emails and the checkout were ready before I told anyone. I just showed up.”

“Tiki and I have worked on many marketing projects over the years with my business and I always receive so much value from our time together. She has a great process she follows which allows for a streamlined experience.”

What changes.

1

One system, not a pile of tools.

Your marketing and your operations finally talk to each other. Someone signs up from your quiz and gets booked, welcomed and followed up with, without you stitching it together.

2

Launches that are ready early.

A launch has its page, emails and checkout ready before you promote it.

3

Steps that aren't in your head.

You or your team work from written procedures, not memory.

4

Your evenings back.

You get your evenings back for the parts of the work you love.

A few builds, finished.

Is it a fit?

A good fit

  • You have an offer people already buy, and the systems behind it haven't caught up.

Not the right fit yet

  • You're still figuring out what to sell, or you want to keep everything exactly as it is. This works best when you're ready to change how things run.

It's a six-month commitment, by application only, so every build gets the attention it needs.

A few things to know

Privacy comes first. If your build involves health information about your clients, I'll sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before we start. Until then, we work from examples and screenshots with names and private details removed.

I handle the business systems. Legal, tax and compliance decisions stay with you and your advisors.

  • If your funnel is half built.
  • If you're launching by a date.
  • If leads come in and nothing happens next.

Not sure yet? That's what the application is for. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you honestly.

If all you need is one page live this month, apply anyway. I'll tell you honestly and point you to a faster option.
